How long does it take to prepare my order?

All orders are prepared within up to 5 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as it has completed processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s on its way.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship all orders using Evri. You can choose from the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days
  • Next Day Shipping: Delivered the next working day

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your order details.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the UK only.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather or courier issues. If you’re concerned, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?

We package all orders with care. Once your parcel is with Evri, we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit, but please contact us if there’s an issue and we’ll assist where possible.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you have already submitted your order, please get in contact ASAP to change the address. If the order has already been shipped at this point it is out of our control and you will need to make contact with the courier.
